Spring Session Schedule. March-May 2010

Dear Friends and Starving Artists,
The end of another session is fast approaching and with it the end of winter!
Although the first snow fall of the year may be on the ground, spring officially arrives March 21st, and with it longer days and a more natural daylight in yoga class! Spring time yoga is a great opportunity to shake off the effects of winter sluggishness and hibernation through a detoxifying and energizing routine. This session we will emphasize the practices of twisting, balancing and breath to develop our sense of wonder, renewal, inspiration and growth.

8 Week Spring Session 2010


Mondays 6:00-7:15pm

March 15th- May 10th

Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm
March 11th- April 29th

$64.00 ($8 /class) for 8 classes
$10 drop in (space dependent)
