Welcome to summer in Toronto: the longest days of the year and emotions are running high. We've got gangs of police in the streets, world cup madness and weekly street festivals. I hope everyone is safe. If you haven't already fled the city, I'm glad to present a new Pay what you can Friday evening yoga class in Kensington market. With all that's been going on, more than ever it's important to join community and take some down time to be with friends, and engage in practices that help us develop our own internal power, find inner peace and strengthen our connection to compassion, joy and integrity. Lets' create the world we want by starting with ourselves. This is a new class please tell your friends. First class starts this Friday, I hope to see you there.

WHAT: A pay what you can, fun interdisciplinary, Hatha Yoga class open to all levels.
An amazing way to end the week and stretch out the kinks in our bodies.
The routine will help clear away the weeks stresses, and help to foster a joyful life experience. We will practice traditional Hatha Yoga postures, and learn about our bodies natural energy centres and acupressure points to create a more comfortable and spacious body and mind experience.
HOW MUCH: PAY WHAT YOU CAN suggested donation is between $7- $15
WHAT TO BRING: Mats and props are available for your use at the studio.
WHAT TO WEAR: Something loose/ and or stretchy like track pants, yoga pants, leggings etc.
WHO: Julie Gladstone is an artist and Hatha Yoga instructor with 10 years teaching experience. She is currently a student of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She combines her creativity and studies of different modalities of holistic health to create a fluid learning environment where everyone is encouraged to practice at a pace and level that allows for the highest well being of each individual at the time.
