8 Week Hatha Yoga Session with Julie

Whether you're a seasoned expert or an absolute beginner, this session we will rediscover the importance of connecting to the basics,to relearn and re-pattern conscious and unconscious habits like breathing, sitting, standing and thinking. Learn about what motivates your own actions and reactions while practicing traditional yoga postures that help build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility in body, mind and spirit.
