Designed to calm the mind, relax the body and restore balance this series combines practices and wisdom from the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Whether you are looking to regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce physical and emotional tension or simply looking for tools to alleviate stress, worry, anxiety, induce relaxation and regulate sleep, this program will provide valuable practices to help create internal balance.class open to all gender orientations.
