DEEP RELEASE YOGA: WEEK 2

The Antidote to winter Burnout: working with the Kidney and Bladder meridians. This week we will continue to open through the hamstrings, strengthen the core and release tension in the lower back. We will also work with the heart chakra and meridian, opening the upper back, chest and arms. Wednesday February 9th. 6:00- 7:00pm @ Six Degrees. 204 Spadina Ave. 2nd Floor
