2011 SESSION NOW UNDERWAY

NEW YEAR YOGA SESSION
JANUARY 10th- FEBRUARY 28TH
MONDAYS 6:00-7:15PM
8 week session $72 Drop Ins $10

Regular yoga practice helps reduce stress, increase focus, develop compassion and foster physical strength and well being. Taught by Julie Gladstone a visual artist, acupuncture student and yoga teacher with 10 years of teaching experience. Julie combines her training in Hatha yoga, yin yoga, mindfulness meditation and Traditional Chinese Medicine for a relaxing and invigorating Hatha Yoga class open to all levels. Classes also incorporate mindfulness meditation, breath work, meridian stretching and self acupressure massage.
