As the autumn leaves change all around us and the days darken and shorten, our hearts and minds
turn inwards with introspection and reverence as we integrate our past
experiences and open up to new directions and possibilities. This is a
time where we may let go of certain things, ideas, old structures in
order to embrace new possibilities. This is the energy of the season,
and it is being embodied in some real changes for Starving Artist Yoga.
This Monday November 4th, 2013 is an important day:
Last class of the HARVEST SESSION,
LAST CLASS AT TRINITY YOGA STUDIO.
MEDITATION & CELEBRATION
To celebrate our time as a community at Trinity, this Monday,
you are all invited to stay after our regular class for a half hour of
meditation followed by a potluck and gathering/ hangout at the studio.
Even if you can't come to the yoga class, all are welcome to come by
afterwards for the Meditation and/or potluck. It would be great to see
old and new friends come out!8:00- 8:30pm Silent Meditation (by donation)
8:30- 10:00pm Potluck/ social hour
A NEW SESSION , A NEW TIME & A NEW HOME
(same teacher and great community!)
INNER PIVOT SESSION
november 18th - december 9th 2013
In
these four classes we will use hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation to
explore our inner landscape, concepts of stability, flexibility and
transition and the connections between physical tension, holding patterns, emotions & behaviour.
MONDAYS 6:00 - 7:15pm
We will run our next session at our new location!
