 Winter is a time to rest, rejuvenate and discover the potency of stillness and receptivity.  By honouring the energy of the season, we can protect our reserves and regenerate our vital forces in the same way that sap descends to the roots of plants where the life forces are stored and protected in order to prepare for spring growth.
This winter join us for a new 8 week session designed
to cultivate body awareness, intuition, patience, stillness and  trust.  Through a unique routine combining yin yoga, hatha yoga flow, acupressure points and mindfulness meditation we will explore our inner landscape to improve quality of sleep while fostering a state conducive to receiving inspiration for creative projects and new life directions. Increase vitality, endurance, energy, strength and mobility, resiliency to stress and burn out,and a sense of connection to the power and mystery of the dormant season.  
CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
